I am wedding videographer Salt Lake City, UTAH. I film wedding parties, wedding love stories, wedding video editing and more. Now on a site my wedding videography I want a take chance and take pictures too, photography. I thing its going be fun to do wedding videography and wedding photography same time?
My question is, how can I start my wedding photography with my wedding videography business together?

it is impossible for one person to do both photography and videography at a wedding. you must have an assistant or helper to do it.

as for getting into this business, you need to pay for advertizing in local wedding guide magazines, place a small ad in your local yellow pages phone book, participate in local wedding shows, take your card around to other wedding vendors like venues, florists, and caterers and ask them to recommend you, ask at local bridal salons if you can put your business cards on their check out counter.

the next thing you should do is offer to do a couple of weddings for free for friends or relatives who are getting married and make yourself a portfolio which you can show to potential customers as an example of your work and also put a few on your website.

do not expect to get business by trying to advertize on places like this. no one respects a free loader.
