What shoes should I wear with my dress?

I use a tea length ivory halter swing dress for my wedding. I know it would look better vintage bombs …. but I have no major problems in the ankle and can not wear heels that are over 1 inch in all. (This is a tragedy really.) I'm looking for any suggestion. Thank you.
