I'm getting married next February 16 is more likely to be the topic of Valentine's Day … I already have ideas how I want things to decorate …. but I need advice on how to minimize costs … the stores have things cheaper, etc etc. Any suggestions? Or is there someone in the Portland OR area who would be willing to my wedding planner? The next February, ie 2008
