Recommendations for Central Florida Wedding Planner and / or location – thanks!?

I'm getting married on 3 July 2010. I am a demanding and I have VERY strong ideas, opinions and considerations that I will not resign, to ensure that my FH and I have the wedding of our dreams. I checked and brides.com theknot.com But I would like to get recommendations from people who get married in Orlando and use a planner marriage in particular. What is certain is that ideally we want to be married outside near water, but not necessarily the beach. Appliances would be good as long as water is an issue that could easily be incorporated into the ceremony. We want a 20 / Ruge subject of prohibition as we know Al Capone's Dinner Theater will be the rehearsal dinner of choice. No children allowed in any case – No exceptions or exemptions.
