Help with planning a wedding!?

I'm due to get married in October 2009. I know that I stay, I have time, but want things are going well. My questions are: 1) Does anyone use a wedding planner? If yes, could you give me your opinion. 2) have the wedding planner for people proved and fabulous? I do not want to stress the wedding day and enjoy it with everyone. I'll have about 100. I have no friends in Atlanta, GA, so I'm not planning literally. Most clients are from outside (anywhere United States). But I need advice on both aspects yes to a wedding planner or not ….. HELP!

I had a planner wedding, and I'm very glad I did. Took a lot of stress off of me and my mother … and it has been a great help on the wedding day. Even my friend at my wedding was not crazy about the wedding planners had to admit she did a great job and it was nice to have someone to handle all the little things. Do not get me wrong, but I always had a lot of research and take much to put it all together but it just made things a lot smoother …
