Marriage need help?

My husband and I discovered a few weeks ago we had our first baby, but from the first Appointments Physicians who have been tempting me like shit. I really like it. We talked about having a baby since the wedding night two years ago. I do not know why So for me. I tried talking to him several times, but it will not open up and talk to me. What I do love my husband I can not imagine living my life without him and I do not want to raise this baby on my own. How do I save my marriage? If please help, they can actually use.
