What is the best makeup for your wedding day?

I get next week, married in the evening. I do not like dark eyes and dark lips, but I feel I must go. I am light skinned and my color is the Oyster, not white. Any help would be appreciated.

Do not overdo it. Even should resemble you if you really want to do something, then just a shade or two darker than you normally wear your eyes.
