How much should you tip a make-up artist who is business for herself?
I am getting my trail makeup done for my wedding this Monday. She is charging $50 dollars for her services and I am going to her home. She is in business for herself. I work with her fiance so he recommeneded her. How much tip should I give her? Thanks everyone !

Well she freelances as a makeup artist … maybe thats a better way to describe what she does sorry
If she is the owner of the business, it is an insult to tip her. If you insist on paying more, say $60 (which is a nice 20% addition) because “your work is just worth more and I’m so grateful!” then that would be fine, but it’s never okay to tip the owner of a business.
