When is a good opportunity for a wedding?

I live in Madison, WI, and I'm going to marry. My question is: where is a good marriage? I love a good view and a place that has an outdoor ceremony. I really want a vision of water. Im going to have my wedding in the spring and Im going to invite up to 100 people.
