I wanted to have a wedding on the beaches of New York, any help?

Hello! Please help! My boyfriend and I live in California and raised in New Jersey / CT area. Our dream wedding is to rent a large house in New York (Rockaway Beach, Long Beach Island, Nantucket beach, etc. ..) (Our family still resides there.) Wanted to rent the house and have our ceremony and reception at home … we wanted to invite 60-75 people. Any suggestions on how I can find a house to rent for one week in summer and the beach? Any personal stories would be great appreciated! Thank you
