How do I change the default wedding dress on the sims 2 (pc)?
I have the sims deluxe edition (nightlife) and I’ve been playing for a loooong time.The default dress is hideous and I’m tired of my sims looking stupid. I want to use one of the dresses i’ve downloaded from another site (I think it was from the listings at www.thesims.ea.com) I’ve tried the whole “change your formal outfit, they’ll get married in the formal outfit” thing and it doesn’t work. I use the wedding chapel and as soon as they’re under the arch they both change back into the ugly default outfits.
Do I have to stop using the wedding arch in order for them to stay in the outfits I want them in, or can I hack or something so I can use the arch??

If you get married under the arch and you don’t have any EPs higher than Nightlife, then your Sims will wear the default wedding outfits.
