Your menu can start with fresh fruits such as mango, pineapple, watermelon and fresh vegetables such as a simple tomato salad.
A delicious meal can be seafood (available fresh fish), which is a light meal.
Planning a beach wedding you can also consider having a barbeque with fresh fish and choice of meats.

summer 2009 wedding colours or theme ideas?
Hi, I’m having a wedding the summer of 2009 and am just thinking of vairous thematic and colour concepts. My fiancee and I are looking for something elegant and classy yet want to encorporate a colour scheme of some sort. We are having the ceremony outdoors at a gardens overlooking the ocean and the reception indoors at a golf clubhouse. Any ideas/pics would be much appreciated 
Bright colors are nice for summer weddings. My wedding is this August and I am having bright pink, lavender, pale and bright yellow, and sage green. We are also getting married by the ocean.
