Wedding Flowers Portland Or

Who would be best to grow the flowers for my wedding in August?

I plan to grow my own flowers for my wedding, so I am flexible in types of flowers that I have. We live in Portland, Oregon, which I believe is zone 6. Does anyone have suggestions on flowers that are good flowers cut from about 9-16 August (next year)? Maybe I should have mentioned this, but my marriage is going to be traditional – I wear a red dress, and our centerpieces are the dinosaurs, so it gives you an idea. I do not look people in general, for weddings, I just want some flowers that are easy to grow and work well as cut flowers.

Sunflowers come in the smaller varieties, and planted some of this year, which have petals burgundy and gold, are very pretty! They took about 2 months to mature and grow from seed, and I'm in North Carolina (Zone 7). The stems are long and strong enough to work, and the colors are gay ~ congrats
