I am planning my wedding in December 2009 now, and I fell completely in love with this beautiful Vera Wang white dress Unfortunately, my budget does not quite possible for this kind of money on a wedding dress. (What would it cost to find someone to make the dress for me? Is it possible that I can do that? How should I take and what are the costs? (I live in a small town in Utah, Cache Valley.)
