Wedding Dress Workout
If I workout 5 days a week for 45min to an hr how fast will I lose weight?
Ive been doing 20 min on the bike 20 on the tredmill (only doing a brisk walk because i have a bad knee) 10 on the elliptical and 10 min doing wieghts. does this sound like a good program? Im trying to lose 10-20 pounds before march 17th when I have to order my wedding dress.
wow if you keep that up youll be in great shape maybe you might want to spend a little more time on the weights cause it will replace fat with muscle
