Where can I find good prices for wedding dresses?

I live in San Antonio, TX area and am planning a wedding on a budget. Is there anywhere online or in the city where I could get a good deal on a wedding dress? (Less than $ 200) Looking for something simple, not too flowery or pouffy.

I do not know how close is dating but David is very good. Regularly sell 99.00.
