What is Korean (I think it's Korean) drama of a farm girl who falls in love with a fashion designer?

I not seen since the beginning, but from what I remember of peasant life with his grandfather. She also has a best friend who races motorcycles and is secretly love with her. Then the boy loves rich, and his former girlfriend died of cancer (I think). It is also a fashion designer. In episode I remember him for her wedding dress, but because he knows that his father will not marry him, breaking his design, but when you paste it back together.

Sounds like "Heaven's Wedding Dress" or something like that! I hope that xDDDDD
