Where can I find a semi-formal dress in Austin TX at a decent price?

I have a wedding I go to Mars and is semi-formal dress. I looked online for prom dresses and dresses for bridesmaids, but I really do not want to shop online. Less than $ 200, or about $ 150 or Less is better. Size normal. In a pastel color to go with white shoes I want to use.

Virtually any store that has tons of formal dresses on sale now, after vacation. I was in Macy's recently and found a floor-length dress by Jessica McClintock for $ 80.
