I want a marriage to Pt Headers Chicago or the South Shore Cultural Center.What if going to 11?

Many places in the city of Chicago look great and economical for a wedding and reception (eg, Promontory Point, South Shore Cultural Center, Garfield Conservatory), but each event must end at 11. What happens if we finish at 11, but not finish cleaning up 12 or not?

Do not you get paid for cleaning. The 11-hour period is the ceremony and reception. So it is probably time that a noise ordinance in the city.
