East Valley, AZ wedding reception?

I help a friend of your wedding plan and work with very tight budget. We basically an empty building large enough to accommodate 150-200 people in it. We will provide food, tables, etc. .. Does anyone know of a place in the Gilbert / Chandler / AZ area? The date and purpose is new 10/18/08 tight budget! (Any other suggestions would be appreciated tight budgets!)
