What is the coolest thing to do in the Amarillo, TX area for a 1 year wedding anniversary?

Not sure how close Amarillo is to the hill country but go to Albert. Albert is closer to Austin and about a 5 hrs drive from the DFW Metroplex. It’s a small little bar out in the country. You can check it out on the net as they have a website. Just google Albert, Texas. I went there with a couple of friends from Bedford and Blanco about three years ago and had a blast. They have live bands and washer pitching,etc. I never pitched a washer until I visited Texas. Check it out.
