Where I can organize a wedding and reception in Tucson AZ, which is not an arm and a leg ..?

My boyfriend and I are looking for a facility where you can celebrate a wedding and reception About 100ppl. We already have a food service and prefer an outdoor area .. im not spending more than $ 500 for rent … Ive looked parks, but you must be out of its 22 hours … without tents, etc. please help!
