Small Outdoor wedding in North Carolina ….?

Do you live in NC? I’m looking for a cheap place to get married outside in NC under a white gazebo. Something Cheap around Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill area. Or even Fayette ville. Must have a white gazebo. In a park or garden is nice. I found a place already that only charges $74 for a few hours..BUT…the gazebo is brown.

Well the UNC gazebo is white. Duke Gardens would be gorgeous but many places you have to book a year out.

The Tucker House might also have a similar look to what you are looking for. Check out the historic homes in the area. You’d really need to get a list from the towns and drive around. The websites are terrible to navigate though the actual location of Parks and Rec is likely to have photos and brochures of each place.

Cape Fear botanical gardens down near Fayetteville has a gorgeous gazebo.

Another thing you might want to consider is contacting a rental company like Century 21 to see if there is a house for rent that has a gazebo outside. That would also allow you a place to store drinks and even a place for you to sleep that night.

My friend got married at Bass Lake in Holly Springs, NC. It had a white deck with an attached gazebo looking thing. They got married under it and had the reception in the attached room. It was beautiful and is also a Parks and Rec facility.
