What is the best way to get your hands on a wedding dress Ines Di Santo?

I live in London and fell in love with Ines Di Santo (the designer of Ontario) dress, a wedding held at the local store – the only problem is that £ 3 K. I wonder if it would be cheaper in the U.S. or Canada.
